We order the fish on Thursday

The fish arrives Friday morning.

 

We do not cut or handle the fish... 

So, when you order from us, please state how many fillets or how many pounds you want.

 

We ask that you pick up your fish on Friday to ensure freshness.

 

Orders must be placed by Thursday at NOON.

(no exceptions)
